Vitra Housing is a mission-driven property management firm specializing in off-campus student housing in Los Angeles County. We currently manage a portfolio of approximately 64 properties comprising 190 beds near the University of Southern California. Our company was founded with a clear and unwavering commitment to excellence in property management, regulatory compliance, and tenant advocacy.
We believe quality housing is a fundamental right. Vitra Housing exists to ensure that all residents—especially student renters navigating independent living for the first time—experience safe, well-managed, and respectful housing environments.
We created this company because we are passionate about tenant rights and ethical management, and we believe that fair and consistent adherence to California law is not just a requirement, but a responsibility.
